Terms of Service
Last updated: April 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ORAKALL ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
ORAKALL is a peer-to-peer prediction platform where users create, accept, and resolve predictions using ORA tokens. The Platform provides tools for prediction creation, escrow management, dispute resolution via AI and human jury, and token management.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ORAKALL. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable local laws.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
5. ORA Tokens and SWEEP Coins
ORA is a virtual entertainment token used within the Platform. ORA has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. ORA tokens can be acquired through:
- Purchase with a credit card (entertainment purchase only)
- Winning ORA-denominated predictions
- Earning as a juror
SWEEP coins are a promotional prize currency that is never sold. SWEEP coins can be earned free through daily claims, signup grants, and alternative methods of entry. SWEEP coins are redeemable for cash prizes at $0.01 per SWEEP coin, subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules. No purchase is necessary to earn or redeem SWEEP coins.
6. Prediction Rules
- All predictions are pool-based. ORAKALL facilitates but does not participate in prediction pools.
- Stakes are locked in escrow when a prediction is entered.
- The creator declares the winner. If participants disagree, the prediction enters dispute resolution.
- The Platform charges a 10% rake on all resolved prediction pools.
- Dispute resolution incurs an additional fee per the dispute terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
When both parties claim victory:
- Both parties vote on a resolution method (AI or Human Jury).
- If either party selects Jury, the dispute goes to a human jury (3-5 jurors).
- The jury or AI will make a final, binding decision.
- Disputes are resolved with or without evidence. Users are warned of this before entering a dispute.
- If no evidence is submitted, the burden of proof falls on the bet creator.
8. Juror Program
Users may opt in as jurors to earn ORA by resolving disputes. Jurors must:
- Maintain a reputation score of 61 or above
- Review evidence impartially
- Cast votes within the 48-hour voting deadline
Jurors earn a share of the 20% jury fee. Reputation is adjusted based on voting alignment with the majority.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Create bets involving illegal activities, violence, or harm
- Collude with other users to manipulate bet outcomes
- Create fake accounts or use bots
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform
- Use the Platform for money laundering or fraud
10. Limitation of Liability
ORAKALL is provided "as is" without warranties. The Platform is not responsible for:
- Losses from bets, disputes, or token value changes
- Errors in AI or jury rulings
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Blockchain transaction failures or delays
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via notification.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, any ORA tokens in open bets will be refunded. Remaining balances may be withdrawn subject to standard processing.
