No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Washington State and Idaho) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ORAKALL LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Method 1 — Free Daily Claim (AMOE):

Visit orakall.com/tokens while logged in and click "Claim 25 SWEEP" once every 24 hours. You receive 25 SWEEP coins at no cost. No purchase required.

Method 2 — Mail-In (AMOE):

Hand-print your full name, email address registered on ORAKALL, and the words "FREE SWEEP REQUEST" on a 3×5 card. Mail to: ORAKALL LLC AMOE, 1931 Cordova Rd Unit #2005, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. One request per outer envelope. Requests processed within 10 business days. Limit: one mail-in grant per calendar month per person. Recipients receive 100 SWEEP coins credited to their account.

Method 3 — ORA Token Purchase (optional):

When ORA token purchases are available, each purchase includes a SWEEP coin bonus (10% of purchase value in SWEEP). This method is entirely optional and does not improve your odds of winning relative to other participants who entered for free.

SWEEP coins are a promotional prize currency. They are never sold directly and have no purchase price. 1 SWEEP coin = $0.01 redeemable value. SWEEP coins cannot be transferred between accounts. SWEEP coins have no cash value unless redeemed through the official redemption process described in Section 6.

ORA tokens are a separate entertainment product with no cash value and are not redeemable for prizes.

Participants use SWEEP coins to enter prediction pools on eligible ORAKALL predictions (marked "SWEEP"). If the participant's chosen outcome is correct, they receive a proportional share of the losing pool — distributed to all correct-side participants based on the size of their SWEEP entry relative to the total correct-side pool. Odds depend on participation levels and are not fixed in advance.

For prize predictions: one participant from the correct-side pool is selected at random as the prize winner. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries at the time of resolution.

SWEEP coin balances may be redeemed for cash at a rate of $0.01 per SWEEP coin. Minimum redemption: 500 SWEEP ($5.00). Redemptions are paid via PayPal or Venmo within 3–5 business days of request. Maximum redemption: $500.00 per calendar month per account. ORAKALL reserves the right to verify eligibility before processing any redemption. Prize values are approximate and may vary. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

Odds of winning vary based on the number of eligible entries received and the distribution of picks. Free entries have the same odds per SWEEP coin as paid entries.

ORAKALL LLC is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human or automated intervention; (d) printing or typographical errors; or (e) any injury or damage to any person arising out of participation in the sweepstakes. ORAKALL LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws. By participating, you agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.

For the name of major prize winners (prizes valued over $25), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: ORAKALL LLC Winners, 1931 Cordova Rd Unit #2005, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Requests must be received within 60 days of the applicable prediction resolution date.
