3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Other users: Your display name, reputation score, and prediction activity are visible to other users. Chat messages are visible to prediction participants.
  • Jurors: During disputes, jurors see prediction details, evidence, and participant names to make rulings.
  • AI services: Prediction data is processed by AI (Anthropic Claude) for dispute resolution and prediction suggestions. No personally identifiable information is sent beyond prediction content.
  • Prize processing: SWEEP coin redemption requests are processed manually and require sharing your PayPal or Venmo handle.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (not stored in plain text)
  • Database connections are encrypted
  • HTTPS is enforced on all connections
  • Session tokens are secured with HTTP-only cookies

ORAKALL is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
